The City is proposing that if you want to install a new sign or awning you will have to go to the City office for a 30 minute meeting and pay a fee between $722.93 and $967.35. These proposed 2 year amendments to the zoning maps will be presented to the CED Committee on June 10 and City Council in June. Merchant input is important.
